Please read these terms carefully before creating your wedding invitation. They cover how our demo preview works, how payment activates your product, and what you can expect from Lovewed.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using lovewed.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Nature of Our Service

Lovewed is a digital product: a wedding invitation website builder. You enter your own wedding details — names, dates, venues, events, photos — into our templates, and we generate a unique invitation website for you to share with your guests.

We do not offer any physical product, courier, or postal service. Everything you receive from Lovewed is digital and delivered online.

3. Demo / Preview Access

Before making payment, you are given access to preview your invitation on the original link, exactly as your guests would see it. Currently, this preview link can be viewed between 2 and 6 times before payment is required — this number may be changed by Lovewed at any time without prior notice.

Once the allowed number of preview views has been used, you will need to complete payment to continue viewing or to activate the invitation for sharing with your guests.

4. Payment & Activation

Payments on Lovewed are processed through Cashfree Payments, a secure and RBI-authorized payment gateway. Once payment is successfully completed, your wedding invitation website is activated and made available for you to share.

You are responsible for entering accurate details before making payment, as the invitation is generated directly from the information you provide.

5. No Shipping or Delivery

As Lovewed is a purely digital service, there is no physical shipping or delivery involved at any stage. Your product is "delivered" the moment your invitation website is activated and the link is made available to you.

6. Sharing Your Invitation

After activation, only you control if and how your invitation link is shared — via WhatsApp, social media, email or any other channel. Lovewed does not publish or distribute your invitation on its own; you share the link yourself, at your own discretion.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the names, photos, text and other content you upload. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe on anyone else's rights.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Lovewed to:

  • Upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content
  • Attempt to copy, resell, or redistribute our templates or platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of our website

9. Intellectual Property

The templates, designs, code and branding used on Lovewed are the intellectual property of Lovewed and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lovewed is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for high availability and accuracy, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use, or inability to use, our service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Lovewed after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
